THE BIFB’11 FUNDRAISER PRINT SWAP
In a nutshell, you, along with a number of other photographers, make a donation of $100 to the BIFB plus one of your best prints, and in return you receive a print from one of the other participating photographers. There is an element of luck involved, as you don’t get to choose until your name gets pulled out of the barrel, and obviously the later in the call your name comes up there will be less of a selection of images left to choose from. That said, we are encouraging some very well known photographers to participate, and so you can potentially end up with a work of much greater value than $100 to add to your collection. To keep the quality of the entries at a high standard entries will need to be assessed by the organising committee before being entered into the print swap.
