BIFB is run by the Ballarat International Foto Biennale Inc. a not for profit Incorporated Association. The structure consists of a Board, a Management Team, Various Organising Committees and a team of wonderful volunteers. We are continuously on the lookout for new members of all ages and skill levels to join our team. If you are interested in becoming a BIFB volunteer and are willing to commit some time and energy to undertake  one of the many hundreds of tasks which are required to run an event of this size and complexity we would love to hear from you.
